All started with the boy seeing
Buildings, no trees, noise, no meaning.
“Cuz’ this is the way to be.”
Dad said to he.
Explaining why, but all he knew wasn’t clear.
“For what?” The boy wonders, in bed he lays.
“Good night,” every night his parents say.
Hoping one day
It will come
Just this once.
Kings and Queens have set the scene.
Losing hope, all he did was dream.
Making up for waking up.
Now, at once, or it’s too late.
Open up, it’s been so long
Play for us, a song.
Quit your worries, stress and fears.
Reel in the feeling that’s so near.
Shine on you diamond!
The sky is your limit!
Underneath your skin
Violently lit.
When you wake.
X be your name
Yelled the sandman.
Zero is left, it all ends.

A Moment Passing
Christoph Wong Aug 2010
As the hands on the wristwatch spins
New memories forms
Sun rises and falls
changes from dusk to dawn
People wake up, people rush
people stopped, felt a touch
faces might not change too much
but emotions and new thoughts come up
As time passes
more is experienced
more things to remember
even more to forget.

were you here because you needed somebody

did you really need me?

was everything really so perfect?

or was it a blind picture we tried hard to see

control
it’s ok to lose it sometimes
control
to go the way you want
let things go

truth lies beyond
thin slices of songs
without a reation
numb without a motion
lines from all your notions
barred and crossed my emoitons

where is my soul?
where did it go?
what do you want
when i move on?

love it when it’s not the caffeine

that’s keeping me up

love it when it’s not the caffeine

that’s makes me not wanna sleep

love it when it’s not the caffeine

that makes my heart beat

every time we meet.

busy street
Christoph Wong Aug 2010
I want to sit on the highway
I need a rest in the crowd
Where are the men who sleeps on the grass?
Is that our time going down?

I want to float on a high wave
I might sink when you're too loud
To **** lives for a tree
Is this a way that makes you proud?

My Hi-Bye Girlfriend
Christoph Wong May 2010
I met her again on the corner of the street.
We fell in love the moment our eyes meet.
The color of the sky,
reflecting blue in her eyes.
In a minute this will end.
She was my hi-bye girlfriend.

She wore whatever she liked, and leather boots.
She could be in love, we don’t need the truth.
Her eyes like the sea, so mystically emotional
who knows what we could be, whether she stays or she goes?

Two ways we parted,
I woke back into my life.
Didn’t matter what this meant,
I loved her then,
my hi-bye girlfriend.

take a note
let it go
spend two nights dreaming
everything is nothing.
ending all the ends
building all the sand
into the castle
in through the castle.
drift up on my mind
delusion, illuminate time
diluted, irreplaceable life.

Christoph Wong May 2010
i feel good today. I feel like an animal, I feel wild, I feel untamed.

Maybe it is because I have cut off my human touch.

But for whatever reasons unknown, the reason is not what’s shown.

I feel at ease, I feel at home, yet I’m outside myself and I feel alone.

There’s peace and quiet, alone with the noise of life.

It’s good, I feel alive. Or maybe not.

But it’s good, i feel.

you forget, you don't see
you thought you did
or was it me?
who is to ask
where should we go
if we're to ask
how would we know?
it's just a big picture
and it goes on and on
the smile in your nature
left in my mind when you're gone
in the end, there's regrets
and nothing left.

My breakfast
Christoph Wong Aug 2010
I opened my eyes and tried to stand
The ringing stopped, it's 8 am.
I looked at the kitchen door
I want to eat
but everything is moving
except my feet
I'm really tired although I slept
I felt like I traveled the world
while I was in bed
Finally, I'm there
standing in the kitchen
There's nothing but food, I care.
I looked in the fridge
I looked in the cupboard
I'm sick of sandwiches
There must be more choices I thought
So there you go
scrambled eggs and toast
It would have been better
if I have blueberries
or something more on the toast
like beef that I would roast

**** i'm late for school.

all you’ve ever done
to tie me to this beautiful dream
you’re the only one
who’s ever went past what i mean
you calm my insanity
like a mellow-colored sepia picture
you warm my insecurity
like the beautiful morning sun
you come but you go
and i hope that you know
that i want to be with you forever
so grey and blue
it would be without you
so soft and so true
i know i know it’s you

girl, be sure what you want to steal
because what i have for you is real
all of it was tied to my heart
take them all, you'll pull me apart.
but i'm fine
as long as you're mine.
maybe for today, or that moment in time

can someone tell me what I am doing
my head is overflowing
every way that I am going
blocked and so far
it's a long long way to go
if you don't start
you'll never see the end

I wish that I can help
Seeing that you're in hell
Every time you've saved  me from myself
I don't know how to save you
but I want to try
Accidents, depression
so many connections
linking every bits to relate
creating this line call fate
you have become who you shaped
wings can't pull you out
but wait.

a feeling, a little dance
Christoph Wong May 2010
everyday we get by,

anyway we will die,

so as we do our little dance

on this planet, with so much sense.

nothing is what that we bring along

leaving traces as we move on, be gone.

all that could last, from slow to fast.

in the night, a shadow cast.

to only leave behind,

what we make of our minds

an impression, a feeling

within the space, floor to ceiling.
