Falling into the ocean
is my biggest fear.
I'm afraid of how deep it is.
Deeper than anything
mankind has explored.

People fall asleep when they're tired.
Leaves fall due to gravity.
However, falling for someone
is completely different.

You feel that you're falling towards earth
even with feet planted still.
You feel that you're falling apart
even when putting the pieces back together.
And no matter how far you fall
the ground never seems to get close.

When you fall for someone
you give your heart
and take a chance.
You choose someone
and sacrifice yourself.

I feel like i'm drowning.
I never thought I'd be more afraid
of falling for someone
than falling into the ocean.

Maybe the timing was wrong
or maybe it was just right.
Looking for answers
I looked up to the the night sky,
And I came to a realization.
Your stars never aligned with mine.
My planets orbited,
A different path than yours.
However,
I am sure of one thing
You're Andromeda.
I'm the Milky Way.
One day we'll collide.
