The deep black sea hides
Our most gentlest of creatures

There's something I desire like
Dripped honey on strawberrys
It's scent delicate and ravishing

We are the universal harmony
Through which human warmth
Survives hidden from cosmic wind

Celestial incantations float airily
Beyond everything inessential
Being joyful of the incidential

And we should treasure each sip
Thoughts running in time like grass
Reflecting lifes own  peace endlessly

As above so below
As within so without

Doing the right thing even when no one is watching

At their highest best and possible levels
Look past your mistakes and see the

Joy is our highest energy form it's the
Magical sense that everything is possible

Our garden reflects
Heaven on earth
But overgrown
Brambles
Strangle

Love doesn't live here anymore
I saw its glistening particles
Floating past open tear windows
Drifting slowly downwards to
Halt at the firmly closed door
Habit making efforts to knock
Just remembering to cease
Before the ****** of the bell
Turning away to look around
Love doesn't live here anymore
Yet Still I return home to unpack
The darkness and hold onto light

Happy as larks they'd been
Back when the future still
Stretched unmarked ,trusted
Spirited and more imaginative

Clouds seemed to cross his brow
Clustered at first in nervous knots
Ghostly shadows in full moons
Black bats silently brushing by

Knowledge knows what was
Intuition reveals what can be
Love lost to love and he wonders
Which star she watches him from

Alone he is a fading flower bud
A pantry empty of nourishment
Together they were a blooming
Garden filled with rainbow colors

Our light can never be extinguished
Our only task is to ensure that
It's glow burns even more brightly
Shining for the whole world to see

To attract heal and balance and
Feel safe and loved deep within
To grow bloom and prosper
Simply ask and its all given

For love is all around us and
We sometimes forget to look
But that magic in the light
Always shows its gentle way

In my magic land of make believe
My hair is blonde my eyes are blue
My fertile body is strong and young
Your love for me is honest and true

Tuesday was a good day
I awoke early naturally to
The sweet sound of birds
Singing their morning tune
And their joy made my joy

Then I heard the terrible news
In Brussels people were dying
And my heart went out to them
Feeling disgusting shame that we
As humans do that to each other

I have tasted your mind
And cannot forget it's flavour

New born babies apparently spend most
Of their time doing nothing ,just being

Their parents on the other hand are likely
To be in a mad whirlwind of non-stop doing

Most of us only go into Being mode on holiday
It usually takes a few days for us to wind down

We hardly ever have the time to just be ourselves
Mindfulness is a way of redressing the imbalance

You can gently retrain your mind to accept just Being
Your mind needs to rest as well as work ,try just being

Life tethers bodies
Mindfulness soars freely
Blissfully radiating loves light

Mirrors are the throat of time
Devouring all in their path
Leaving nothing not even bones
Relentless in their wrath

Mirrors are the throat of time
Taking all with nil to give
Leaving only the profound loss
So deep we can never forgive

Mirrors are the throat of time
Stealing from each of us all
Leaving no corner unexposed
Silent witness to our downfall

An eagle soars the sky seeing the whole
As the current of life flows through
Seeking all the beauty with soulful eyes
Listening to earths own  hearts song

Nature can teach us so many things
We should accept with gratitude
Mirrors of honesty acknowledge the sights
Stardust shimmers in unlimited time

Unconditional love the highest form
An abundance overflowing to all
It's bliss beautiful gentle and caring
Expressed so well in nature's devine

Devious deceitful dialogues
Decrepit desperate dithering
Detailed demonic deliveries
Disgusted demoralised dirges

Languidly loving longings
Lustful liberated labido
Lavacious liquidity laudable
Legendary loyalty lengthens

Mystery seemed to attach itself to him
Years ago when the dream was new he
Had known he was looking for someone
That he had to go in the right direction

No matter how many times he dreamt
He just couldn't seem to find them and
Eventually he always found himself lost
Snipped out of reality with sharp scissors

His mind shied away like a horse refusing
To jump and his memories in the dark
We're shiny threads that swayed and
Moved almost ready to snap with sorrow

Loose yourself in nature
Fly with the winds
Of possibility

She brushed a kiss she felt on her cheek
Felt a gentle hand given to squeeze
She found herself surprised by the
Sudden unexpectedness of the gesture
"Your a surviver" a soft voice called

Then she knew how afraid she was
Tears that had waited a long time to
Escape were finally released under
The dark veil of torrential rain
Big fat teardrops downpoured hurt

The sky above grumbled ominously
Then turned to light spectacular
Windchimes clattered with madness
Noises amplified by howling winds
She knew the storm was on its way

She would not surrender but maintain
Her inner strength and dignity
Her vitality was the food for her soul
Her love was boundless and eternal
Natures diversity and hers together

The yellow canary sits so quietly
Watching with a furrowed brow
While panic hovers red rainbows
With an ease that sound terrifies
Heartbeats thumping way too fast
And purple clouds plume skyward

The black dog beckons his spiteful
Realm into the darkening evil night
Again alive to speak dangerous words
To a frightened troubled forlorn soul
And under the blue I try to set my sail
Through stinking sludge sticking glue

Look past the seeming errors
Mistakes and misunderstandings
And see only the love within
Give this your resolute focus

Love underlines every situation
Healing in undreamed of ways

To diminish previous darkness

Each thought is an investment

Protected  by a blanket cocoon

Cuddling up I tell precious tales
Like sea breathing it's vastness
The seaweed just tattered rags
Swishing gravel sizzling foam
Logs scoured smooth over years

Broken glass  oceans sugar candy
Pebbles giving away their secrets
An abyss of turquoise from below
Above seagulls plaiting winds hair
Closing my eyes my dreams begin

Blue planet eyes spinning
In the galaxy of his skull

She has a blissful soul
