Love at first sight
Two worlds collide
Opposites attract
Time passes
Things Change
One moment is grateful
The other is regretful
Hatred does not feel good.
But love,
Love feels like you conquered the world.

I woke this morning and I questioned myself
Was this all part of a dream?
Or were you really here with me?

Maybe your spirit guided you to meet with mine
Maybe your heart followed the beat of the same drumline
I felt you acknowledge my existence
And the matter became real
If only only for a short period of time
Regardless, it was exactly how love should feel.

A cold summers night, with rain pouring down the windowsill
The earth is being cleansed, claiming victory of a rebirth by morning.
The sun will rise in the east and the new day starts by dawn.
Take heed in the morning dew, these gifts of nature have been handed unto you.

Time has no boundaries and the sky has no limits
Daylight forces no battle with night, they only share equal rights.
Wild flowers grow with freedom they inherit, while wild animals fall victim to prey.
Nature is communicating all around us, as the world keeps spinning to conclusion.

The changing of the season brings hope for the future
A new time is beginning, folding the past into a pocketbook of memory.
Some creatures will rise to the occasion, leaving others to falter
Mother nature is calling, calling for change.

Gone today, but still here for tomorrow,
We store away the experience, reclaiming our presence.
Nature will cultivate itself, like the soul reimburses the spirit.
We join the facts of life, with the opening of each new day.

Realm of nature,
Sparks a conversation with thought.
All on a cold summers night, with rain pouring down my windowsill.

The rumble of madness, angered into the point of nothing.
Screaming, banging, shaking to no degree.
Determined to bloom, but halting the exploration.
Dead.  Dead to the world that leaves a wealth of suffering.

Now, Squander along within your own demise, among the ancient river rocks
Lie down and dissipate into the sand beneath our feet.
Let the water embrace you and drown you until your soul finds freedom
While the summer breeze whisks away the negative spirit that guides you.

Stepping into the unknown, leaving it all behind
While embracing the moment of eternal bliss
Diminishing the fear, in a single breath that allows the air to circulate the mind
Blowing away the secrets that lie within the vial, destined to truth.

The welcoming act of survival hinges the feeling of freedom
And the creation of the soul arrives to its final destination
There you will seek what has always been
Hidden by desire, taken by revenge, starving the heart, which dies for love.
