The quest to find the truth
Will lead most down a dangerous path.
To find the answers we'll need to sleuth.
With the truth comes the wrath.
Questions are what we should be asking.
To further our knowledge and our wisdom.
For the snake of deception is lying in wait, basking
Ready to strike, fast and hard like a drum.
To take our sight from us
To make us believe in a lie
Turning one against another was a plus
Our trust in them will lead us to die.
The world, spinning on its axis, or is it?
Taught a world view since birth.
Our earth is round, this is indefinite.
But is it really? What is the truth worth?
It seems we all have been tricked
Pawns in a game between good and bad.
Until our old habits can be kicked.
We will not be able to escape feeling sad.
For our planet is not what it seems.
And we are killing it faster than ever.
Polluting our air, our earth, our streams.
With these actions, it's our connection we sever.
To our home, this planet we all share.
All life is precious, this earth is alive.
We all need to love one another, to show we care.
A better world for all, is what we should strive.
For we are all more important than we know.
Our purpose on this planet is divine.
We are here to love eachother, not just for show.
But we've trapped ourselves in a circle when it's really a line.
So break the norm and just shine!

Its weird sometimes,
Trying to understand people
Their is so much pain and suffering in the world.
Most of it is caused by people.

Happiness and  sadness,
Are both effected the greatest by people.
There are fourteen billion faces in the world.
So why is there only seven billion people?

You think you know someone,
You think you know the nature of people.
In reality we are all capable of being evil.
Some people control it better than other people.

In some cases you may meet someone outstanding,
They will make you regain hope in people.
Unless you fall for that second face,
Because 99% of the time, that is the true nature of people.

As I lay here with you
I can't help but stare.
Your beauty hypnotises me.
This feeling I get isn't fair.

You drive me crazy
With your royal SUV, have Mercy.
You're a badass with your shades on,
Making me think, what do you see in me?

All I want is to have you in my arms.
Cuddling under the covers, happy and warm.
To look into your sparkling blue eyes.
My butterflies have formed a swarm.

Sometimes I dream,
About you and me.
To wake up next to you daily.
I dream of how happy we would be.

But this is reality.
Not everything is how you want it to be.
Even with your shades on,
Baby, you are all I can see.
