THIS NAVROZE

Pick your glasses and to each other, say cheers;

As you clink your glasses of whiskey or beer,

Celebrate; forgetting our fears, leaving aside the tears.

As we celebrate this Navroze, let us for the future gear;

For a day, leave aside the extinction fear;

And hope, there will be of happiness, many years.

May the community survive for thousands of years.

May there be good luck, health, wealth n cheer.

May this Navroze bring many Bawajis n Maijis near.

Lots of good news may we soooooon hear;

Let Homi tell, "Hilla, come near, my dear"

And announce Hoshi's arrival in the subsequent year.

Remember we must, "united we stand; inspite of us being queer".

May this Navroze bind us all; and the weather be shiny n clear.

To this pick up your glasses of beer,

And once again, loudly, together, let's all say, "cheers".

NAVROZE  MUBARAK TO ALL OF YOU

HERE COMES SPRING

Ah!! beautiful new leaves I see and a few buds too; spring is here !!!

Snow will soon start melting,  colourful flowers will bring in cheer !!!

When comes  JAMSHEDI NAVROZE, out come glasses of wine and beer;

Along side come,  Pullav- daar, patrani machchhi,  cutlets n kababs my dear

Wine, dine, dance n drama there will be all; meet will relatives from far n near !

Amidst these activities many,  will we have time to an Agiyari visit n pray; this I fear !!

Thank Ahura let us all, for the bounties granted n gear up for the coming year.

Navroze brings in spring; which brings hope, inspiration, joy, colour and green.

Luscious fruits and flowers on hanging boughs, to each other smile and grin.

It's a relief to the Earth, after the torture of summer, autumn n winter it has been (through).

The Earth to adorn a beautiful garb of green with flowers n fruits is very keen.

Pray I, may the Earth remain green, very clean, peaceful and serene.

Navroze Mubarak to all the Nations who celebrate it.
May every human towards peace, lean.

With whatever your heart n mind are usually filled;
That same stuff, is normally by us, spilled.
So fill our body, mind n soul with things positive
And into trash, throw out things negative.
This Navroze, let's aim to, all things positive collect
Let us these, very carefully for ourselves select.

Into my basket of goodies, add I wish to, following things;
So that, happy and light feel I; as if I now have wings.
May there be immense satisfaction, everlasting joy n peace.
May I enjoy Nature; n help Her to Her goodies increase.
Use carefully, these I will n keep Air, Water n Earth clean.
My heart, mind n soul fill I will, with emotional, mental n physical hygiene.

Every year, immense joy this brings; and this season we call spring

As colourful blossoms n grass green appear, our Earth looks like a queen

Many countries Navrooz celebrate; in India, it has Holi been

That melting snow changes white into green, pink,  orange, purple n red

Like an Indian bride looks the Earth, with many a colourful flower bed.

Also, Holi is symbolic of victory; that of good over evil, destroyed as Holika burnt.

Our Earth n earthlings, during this pandemic have taken a lot of brunt

Now Lord kind, please take away all our sorrows n happiness unto us grant

Happiness, prosperity, enthusiasm n peace on this Earth, please now grant.

Bawajis want to eat, drink and be merry

But I wish they would also like to Humdins marry

Enjoy we the ****** of our glasses and to say cheers

But our lifestyle will soon bring our destruction n tears.

Our focus is on food ours, biryanis, machhi n dhansaak

Unconcerned we are about that impending doom, that shark !!

Nothing wrong there is in merriment but overpower us it shouldn't ;

That's why this awakening signal,  this bell of  alarm stop I  couldn't !

Wake up,  shake up, to your duties fulfill, rise and  shine

Think of producing  Bawa babies whilst you enjoy,  wine n dine.

Awaiting I am, with "dil ma mara harakh"
Here is wishing you all, Navroze Mubarak.
May the day start with " garma- garam Chai karak "
May this year bring, " aapra population ma, wadhara no farak ".
Ane hasta rahiye aapre marak -marak ".

Wish I, every Bawa n Mayji, plenty of happinezz n peace.
May all these disgusting discourses for ever cease.
May we all work hard, n on Bawagiri and Parsipanu freeze.
O Ahura, make the atmosphere pleasant, with a cool breeze.
Make the places, clean, green n serene ; so that we live at ease.
