It's all plain and simple
Just close your eyes
And you'll see why
What do you see
I ask you now
I know what I see
I see a candle burning
Inside everyone and everything
That breathes, lives, and thrives
Flames and candles of all sorts
As they grow older
The candles grow shorter
Until the day comes
For dear loved ones
To let the flame die
This poem is an experiment so it may not be a good one.
