I cannot see
Recalled eye drops

This hits my heart home, I know it to be truth,
it draws me closer and closer to where I belong

I have found truth in the Holy Spirit's presence within me
God's way of saying I am just another step along a journey He has set fourth in me
A lesson of Faith I am forever being tested to create
His strength, to endure a never-ending journey
A realization I now can see
His route to use me to guide others down His path of glory
Faith building as I travel along
Pain set as a reminder that I am strong
As long as I trust in my Father above

For what he wants to do is save all Sinners from the life they lead
Teach them to trust the Lord
By doing so he is an example
Of what they too can achieve

Learn to take it's importance

MUCH AUTHORITY
Benefit of pain and suffering
Is an ingrained understanding
Of Our Lord's comforting
A new light on the
World concerning
Weakness, beginning yet
Coming to an end
Through God's wisdom
I have been forgiven
Of my sins
Physical disability
Has NO authority

The twisted glory of the bark
Skin protecting the tree
Leading upward towards heaven
Where the roots long to be
From the wisdom
Seasoned through many
Summers, Winters, Falls and Springs
A journey the tree would never reach
Without bark to protect
Essential living systems
From temperature extremes
Bark safeguards from storms
As well as invasion by
Animals, insects and disease
Added horrendous tragedy
Always skulks  below
Before the tree reaches full growth
Some unearthly human may tear
Him down with a saw
This sapling has lost limbs
Of presence in the past
Yet, overcome and strengthened  
Endurance to last

Seeing the season fall away
Temperatures dropping
Hands cold everyday
Already a longing for spring
Encouraging stamina
Trudging forward through
Achy winter blues
Motivation this will bring
O' Fall season sentimentality
I will miss you
For The Lord's sunshine
I will follow through

Sometimes things
Do not make sense
Yet they do
I feel God guiding
Things aligning His way
I always get through
Not what I planned
Rationally understand

Once upon a time on Christmas Eve
When I was young
Shakespeare Santa came to me
Singing in tune he promised the gift
Of rhyme and poetry
Condition being, I always believe!
He was mesmerizing as I fell asleep
I was not sure if this was only in a dream
Do I believe?
O" what an enchanting dream!
I woke the next morning
YES, there were toys to see
When I opened my mouth
Rhyming words spewed
Out with glee!!
I knew in my heart, then and there
I will always BELIEVE!!!!!!
