It is paramount for the holistic health of human-beings as well as being part of their human rights. It would also encompass freedom from Slavery and Torture; Without natural light and natural nature environments,
nature which is Natural Biology would not thrive e.g. human-beings.

Counselling Emotional Intelligence and Leaders

Counselling and psychotherapy are umbrella terms that cover a range of talking therapies. They are delivered by trained practitioners who work with people over a short or long term to help them bring about effective change or enhance their wellbeing.

The fact that therapy is referred to as a process is described by Hackney and Cormier (1987) as a sequence of processes that the counsellor and client walk through.

Emotional Intelligence

Coined by Michael Beldoch 1964 study. In the mid 1990's when Daniel Goleman spoke about its importance for LEADERS.

Self awareness, self regulation, social skills, empathy, and motivation were the five primary components of EQ that Goleman focused on.

The ability to recognise, analyse and manage one's own emotions is referred to as emotional intelligence (EQ).
It also includes the capacity to discern and grasp the emotions of others.
It has been discovered that this has a big impact on a person's life, career, relationships and mental well-being all play a role.


The Fundamentals of Counselling and Psychotherapy Include Commitments:

Respecting human rights and dignity.
Protecting the safety of clients.
Ensuring the integrity of the practitioner - client relationships.
Enhancing the quality of professional knowledge and its application.
Alleviating personal distress and suffering.
Fostering a sense of self that is meaningful to the person (s) concerned.
Increasing personal effectiveness.
Enhancing the quality of relationships between people.
Appreciating the variety of human experiences and cultures.
Striving for the fair and adequate provision of counselling and psychotherapy services.
