Where is the Sun,
away from the light,
of the Northern hum
Days are shorter
Here they come,
long cosy nights,
Sun retracted,
distanced, and done,
far from the
Northern Hemisphere,
Solar Sun,
cold of the Northern Pole
biting at one,
bring on cosy nights,
warm hum hum,
feel free to distance,
warm Solar Sun

As we enter the new season of autumn shedding is taking place. The trees and their leaves are falling. The temperature of the environment is changing.
You may start to spend more time inside your home etc…..

A thought, maybe a word or a sentence. Some people may want to write a paragraph or more.

Create a private poetry journal when you want to express anything into a word or words write it down. It is a personal preference and one of your expression outlets.

You could treat yourself to a special journal log book with a cover that Inspires you. Covers can also be made to suit the individual. We are now in autumn so if you visit any outdoor spaces e.g. woodland walks etc…..you could collect free nature supplies to create your cover e.g. fallen leaves, textures of bark and any greenery that has left the trees.

As often as you can once you have expressed your thoughts into the private poetry journal, go back and take another look. You will then formulate feelings of how the written journal entries have made you feel.

It could be enough that you feel, that was all that was needed. However you may want to write something else surrounding what you have last entered.

A sense of relief may be something you also feel or a better understanding of your own thoughts and feelings. Also clarification of any situation in your life will be better understood and perhaps how it is best dealt with.

I said take everything down

It's so beautiful here
My enchanted land
Remove all the sorrow that stands,
and misery from my land

Madam
I speak so you can hear,
this may not be possible I fear!

North stand on the ground
East intellect can never cease
My imagination brings peace
South passion and strength,
through the trees they are sent
West
Loving and cleansing know best

Behind my wardrobe door
I was able to make some space
If you step in I think we can begin

As you enter careful not to fall
Nature will guide you on this duty call

When you want to come back
Just tap
I will know your mission is done,
and the horseman instilled,
Winter light and Sun

My White Pearl Winter dress,
can then go back to rest
Until then I will wear white pearls,
as I walk on the other side,
of the enchanted land,
as a beacon to all misery and sorrow,
my horseman will be with you tomorrow
