Fun on the rides and even by the slides

When it rains outside,
put the colours,
on and, ride
Colour in your cheeks,
when you smile
Eyes that reflect,
beauty from a mile
Love in your heart,
that beats,
and, is heard throughout,
the peaks,
A smile can take you,
the extra mile
Your brain releases
tiny molecules called,
neuropeptides,
these help fight off stress
Neurotransmitters,
Dopamine, Serotonin
and, endorphins,
come into play,
they are keen,
acting as a mild pain reliever,
this is seen
Whereas the Serotonin,
is an antidepressant mean
So smile away,
it will pay
Colour in your cheeks,
come what may
Boosting your health,
that is top pay
