Buttercup Yellow
Undulating flower fields
The golden sun flows

They are poisonous
Eat butter, not buttercups
Reflections on chin

Coins gold purse miser
Upsets Fae folk, who poke purse
Pours out Buttercups

by Jemia
Snowdrops herald Spring
New birth, and new beginnings
Offers fresh clear hope

Wild, and wonderful
Drops of flowering soft snow
Rumour like, 'White Queens'

Once 'Naked Maidens'
Perhaps their white purity
Snow deflowered

by Jemia
Robins are Puckish
Eternally red-breasted
Delivering hope

Bury the dead with leaves
Red-breasted Robins in myth
Estranged hero, folk-lore

Are positive sign
Symbolises renewal
Thoughts of lost love, lurks

by Jemia
Dragonfly folklore
Real devils darning needles
All children beware

Good luck sign,elsewhere
Or omen of tragedy
No eyes sewn shut though

Forgive all the myths
Lovely fairy dragonflies
Your present pleasant

Black as a mourning
Leaves, a soft lush, velvet hue
Aftermath of teardrops

Changes await now
Knowledge, forsaken, overdue
Reminiscent dusk

Overcome, the black rose
Sensitive, And soft as dew
Evening twilight song

by Jemia
Be blue butterfly
Upon a gentle zephyr
Tickle the breezes

Take heed butterfly
Else your frail beautiful wings
Race away to soon

Fly low, in the sun
Lest your butterfly wings burn
Your beauty scorched

I was phoned today
And told
That my application
For an extractor fan
Was to be put on hold
The caller was very apologetic
I reassured him
That i realised
That it would of been
An unlikely thing
As i was three floors up
Where even bees did not sting
And that much scaffolding
Would of been needed
A cost to much
To be conceded
He sounded pleased
And surprised
At my positive response
And that my understanding of the reality
Was there to Ensconce
I also said
Not to worry
Ive never been
Or seen
To be a fan of tractors
Thus not an
Ex tractor fan!
