I don't know the reason why my mind gets all holy thoughts only when I sit on the commode!

I deserve better

Earlier, humans spoke through their mouth. It registered on the hearts of the listener.

But, now, they speak through machines which only hits the ears of the listener.

In the wide embrace of life,
compassion binds our hearts.
We thrive united.

Her ever dropping spirits for life were hidden behind the smile she hung over her face at all times.

Beneath ego lies
Enlightenment

Beneath anger
lies compassion

Beneath disappointment
lies Joy

Beneath lust
lies Love

Beneath mind
lies Consciousness!

Every conflict that begins with a personal objective will end up being branded a religious war.

My mind is so

riven by conflict,

even the possibility of

living in harmony

with it

can barely be considered

Me or Mind.

Only with the help of your own
mind you can conquer it.

Don't go to the temple
If your mind is sullied

Don't step into Taj Mahal
if your feet are soiled

I  pondered, even
though there are
millions of stars in the
Sky,
Why the sky is dark
at night?

I got the answer,
the jealous stars
eat each others light
and produce darkness!

Call this a Cosmic Jealousy?

I do not know Cosmic science.
but I surely know Karmic Science;

"what you do you will get back"

Electricity is untouched by the
actions performed by the appliances
that run on its power.

Wear and tear will occur only to the appliances.

Similarly, Cosmic energy is untouched by the karmas peformed by the living things.

The consequences of karma are experienced only by the performer.

Depending on the consequences of an action, it will either be rewarded or punished.

Everything must Go

Yet another day another

yet another disappointment

Daily grind of life almost unbearable

While strolling back home

I saw a  marvellous spider

weaving it's web around

Its latest pray.

I realised instantly that I

too is a pray trapped in the vast

cosmic web.

All is silent and calm
empty and hushed
resplendent and dark
in the womb of the Cosmos.

I want to be the cot on which
you sleep every day.

Let us sleep together!
Let us dream together!

Elderly, expendable
in a crisis.

Humanity or Insanity?

For some Cow is a meat.

For some it's a milk giving animal.

For some it's  God.

Same cow, different perceptions !

Life is a perception !

If robots **** humans, who will be charged for ******?

The intellectual mind was infiltrated by triviality, causing a moral flutter.
He straddled the moral/immoral divide.
The majority of his transgressions went unnoticed.
However, his misdeeds became public after the victims exposed him.
He confessed about them in his autobiography,
which he had to write in order to placate his publishers,
who wanted to profit from his crime-ridden life story.

I didn't like you since your face didn't match the one I had painted in my mind, which I believe is the original.

Someone said to me that great poetry
will happen if you sit outside and watch nature.

I sat outside my home all day long
and watched every bit of nature,
as intensely as possible.

Sadly, poetry did not happen.

But a crow came and ate the nuts
I had put close by.

What does that mean to my poetry?

Every plant saved is a child saved.

When you pasted the image of cupid on my  heart in monkish solitude, it stopped beating.

How beautiful those days were, when we sat together and shared our sorrows and joys.Life's simplicity had bound our hearts together, and happiness was engrained in it. Only remembrance makes us feel the joy of it now, though not totally.

Be like a dad in a toy shop

Remain un-attached to life

I feel to live again
when life gets easy...
I feel to die again
when life gets hard...

When the peacock spread its feathers with pride, it concealed the predator standing behind.

The wind of faith has carried hope to the shore.
Dare to dream once again.
