The Creation noisily
Around me
With song,crispy leaves
Flutterings of wings

Today without a father
Can be hard as a rock

The smell of cinnamon
Drifting up the stairs
Knew St.Pats arrived
Loaves of bread for the sisters from each sibling
Aromatic bread ready to be eaten.
Church came first with temptation in the pew. Were thoughts on bread or the priest.
Oh to be a sister for the day.

What am I saying. A slice of green bread and green milk await my trip home.

Words are important
Even more so
When written from

Sometimes hard
To get started
Or even end
But what is done
Is done
Only one's self
Can dispel the magic
Of the richness

My heart is ready
Amidst it's fault and
It's pain
Waiting for Gado

Upcoming alarm on my phone
  All I have to do is push
       Dismiss
The signal sounds and I'm prepared to move forward or snooze
DO I risk moving on
Or catching zzzz's
Will it really make a difference
I've been  forewarned
The answer ahead
    Relies on me

You left the earth
Way too soon
On a journey
I cannot follow
Until it is
My time
But till then
I will feel your warmth
In sunny days
Share memories
With each sip of tea
And clinging to the cup
Close my eyes
And wipe my tears away
Your smile will bring
Me back to this
Harsh reality
But a glimpse of you
In my unsettling dreams
Will be a balm
For my bruising soul
