Poems are
Gift of raw
Talk to walk
Of past before

Life writes
Secrets down
Open door
Ink of hands

Hidden lines
Stuttered grinds
Question mark
Story rhymes

In the garden of growth
Sits the acorn split in two
The oak tree eternity bloom

Are we to blame
Thoughts that came
Made of mind
Born of kind

Are we to blame
Walk the strain
Hidden path
Release of aftermath

Are we to blame
Touch to sane
Real or fake
There to take

Are we to blame
Play no fame
Stage no seat
No blame we keep

What about if I knew what
About is what to know not too
If to know about I knew
Wonders of words I drew

Sigh to see and gasp oh my
See in me to gasp i sigh
Gasp I sigh to see you there
Wonders of words everywhere

If what is and I is if
Who to be and be to who
Be to who and I to be
Wonders of words, oh so deep

Let it be the pain that seeps
Let it be the times of repeat
Let it be hide and seek
Let me be, Let me be me

If I can keep the tears from showing you
pain is not yours but mine of truth
If I can hold inside and not see out
And make your life the good that grew

If I can believe and not see disbelief
If I can heal the hurting, no hurt for you
And be left alone, to feel the lonely
and sacrifice those words, mine is true

If I can think and let go of thinking
my time of healing is my words of no remorse
no push to give for me to stop pushing
And take what’s there true or false

If I can take one minute of silence
to stop the world and peace to leap
deep down to know without the knowing
there I will be , child I was, the one
I keep

My hands held together in the corner of calm
bench of blue, cold on the ground
Changing of time feathers that fall
Can that holds the water of all

Turning of time, flowers to ****
Stories we share the garden of keep
Brush the lines, clear the leaves
By my side you will always be

The sun has set, eyes I weep
Gone for now, my empty seat
