One, Two
2/6/15

One two
For Sun Tzu

Three four
As we war
Across the seashore
Even though there doesn't always happen to be more

Five six
What is righteous?
In a place where the energy is seismic

Seven Eight
Elevate
Into heavens gates
After always appreciating how these lemons taste
It was too late to demonstrate
And question faith
Whether or not I was able to medicate
And set it straight

Nine ten
While by gem
Until I end
My friend

Eleven tweleve
Where another dimension dwells
Between heaven and hell

Last Place
1/28/15

Water and land snakes
Public and secret handshakes
Eventually will the dam break?

Lost amid all this black space
While moving at a fast pace
As if it was some kind of cash race
Where you would not want to wind up in last place
Even though I was half-baked
And able to crash safe
While on the verge of being able to crack the case
There under my feet sat a trace
Underneath this glass vase
Somewhere past eight
Beside a brass gate
It was going to be one of the reasons for being that great
One step forward and two strides back makes
An opportunity to understand what getting on track takes

Doggone
11/12/15

Doggone
This is going to be an odd song
I just stopped on a path above the strangest frog pond
The scent of the bogs strong
But the draw coming within is causing me to feel beyond fond
Even though they all say to stay away, and that going against a gods wrong
I told them all, well then it will be not long

Nowadays is a tumor rare?
Don't even try to find any humor there
Some of the spread rumors scare
While others begin to lose their hair
It's easy to speculate from a computer chair
But you don't want to spend your whole entire future there
Because at that rate you will maneuver where?

Why should I try to lie?
We didn't always see eye to eye
Because for a while I would leave others high and dry
Even if they would cry and sigh and die inside
But it was wrong, in this life of mine
I'll get it right this time

Can't reverse any clock or the hands of time
Once in a blue moon, stars or planets align

Doing my best to be a stand-up guy
I'd be ****** to lie

I'd rather take a chance and climb
Among so many plants and pines

Always tried to be a good Samaritan
And grew up American

I don't understand why so many people display arrogance
And continue making comparisons

In certain areas are traces of Barium
As well as pieces of carrion

Certain times called for the use of a clarion
Near and far away from places considered agrarian

During war, some rode on chariots
And conducted the first trials of their experiments

No time for foolishness
Wiser to always do my best
Anywhere not just from here to Budapest
Who'd have guessed?
There'd be soon success
If they'd only use some sense
While many snooze and rest
Underneath the moon and jets

Long ago I learned it
Nobody on this Earth is
Perfect
That's for certain

I'm determined
To be a better person
As I continue workin'
Ready to handle any burden

Not yet affirmative
We're still not so sure of it
If elsewhere life stirs and exists

A solar system full of curses and gifts
All these strange occurences
In a world that can be merciless
Below and above all surfaces

People being wasteful and others conservative
Food sold with and without preservatives

The first to quit
Far too often people see no way out, instead of the alternative
Stop doing yourself disservices
And making foolish purchases

Focus on virtousness
Considering that nothing remains in a state of permanence

Do you know who Tyler Durden is?
Are you familiar with Copernicus?

So many serpents
Others being impertinent
And then there's those that want to put you in the dirt quick

Yet another work shift
Involving vertebrates

At times, limbs in dire need of a tourniquet

Planes in mid flight, occasionally hit with turbulence
Violent crimes causing mass hysteria and disturbances

Ever occuring festivals and tournaments
Homes with or without trees and ornaments

The greedy take it all, while others get nothing
Even though they earned a bit
At least a third of it

Some of which is interpretative
All these true stories and even more myths

Shout out to a select few herbalists
And journalists

I haven't yet discovered what my purpose is
But, it's all good,  I'm still looking with earnestness

Prosper
Appreciate what this globe has to offer
Goodbye, I'm now six feet under where the surface is
Now you know, if you haven't yet heard of it
