There are some days
When simply breathing air takes a toll
Some days where my heart feels too heavy to hold
My skin burns and my body aches
My mind so anxious, as if it’s on the side of cliff
waiting for any small breeze to knock me into the abyss.  
Some days I need that extra love,
when I feel like no one could hold me tight enough;

Some days I can’t explain why I feel so sad but god do I try and make it through
I close my eyes and let it pass;
I guess some days are just there to remind us of just how good the good days are.

Eyes so gentle
Endless roads
And hovering crows
Mountain air
My Flowing hair
Warm skin
Your Soft grin
pink skies
And long goodbyes
hands locked
Our Laughs mocked
Sunday’s
What a Country daze
Back roads
Where Thoughts unfold
Who knew
How Love grew

With an open soul and a humble
mind
Builds a network beyond belief you'll
find.
For every action there’s a reaction,
For every connection made, there’s a spark
A spark unseen by those who light it;
While Never forgotten by those who are
Lit.

Separated simply

My eyes laid sight on the world in first bloom
Unable to describe my love for you
Replicas, blood, bestfriends from the womb;
From one cell into two adults we grew.
Life’s ongoing storm can seem infinite
We embraced the rain with laughs unhidden
Through the lows, our hearts stayed definite
Til struck with the burden of a Grey ribbon.
  The thought of not having you by my side
I can’t fathom for it exists untold;
Though when the sun sets I will say goodbye
But deeper nor greater love I will hold
For what I would give for my innocence
To be carefree, sheltered by ignorance

I swirl honey into my tea
and watch it dissolve into
the hot water

I can hear the bees giggling
for they have already made
my day sweeter
