She Still Remembers
Kasidee Washburn Nov 2018
She still remembers your whisper,
Like the wind soft but loud,
She loves it though,
She thinks of all the the tough times you guys have been through,
She still regrets all the bad things she has said to you,
She likes the way your hair lies,
When she looks into your eyes another story unfolds,
She remembers all the lies you told her,
You said that you loved her,
She can’t believe that she fell for it all,
She still remembers.

I Don't Love You
Kasidee Washburn Feb 2019
Sometimes I realize,
That I just don’t love you like I did a second ago,
I don’t love you like I did a minute ago,
I don’t love you like I did an hour ago,
I don’t love you like I did a year ago,
I don’t even love you like I did,
With each passing moment,
I don’t love you like I did when the conversation started,
I don’t love you like I did when the conversation ended,
Sometimes I realize that I may never love you,
In the way that I had before.

Memories
Kasidee Washburn Feb 2019
Sitting next to you this morning brought back so many memories,
I tried to talk to you but you were texting her,
I turned my head and faced the other direction and cried,
I miss you,
I can't stand being without you,
You made my life 10 times better,
You always read my poetry even when were not together,
I miss you.....
