While doing the foxtrot

We swim or float in lakes of Jello

The Silence of Secrets seeps
In sessions of seconds sinking
into my spirit saying shush
While still staying silent
Shielding myself while sagging along
I swiftly was swimming to the surface

Speaking slowly shortly surrounding

Silkenly as softly they set in
See my stagnant surrendered soul

Pulsing to a fever that heartbeats are felt
