A brief break from school
Expecting the sun's face
But instead hides behind the clouds
The clouds releasing pent-up feelings
From the days before
Their tears wetting the pavement and vegetation
The weekend is a great day to relax

Worn by the sky, birds, and sapphires
Its peaceful presents flows through you
Extinguishing any fear or anger
The color of saddness
The nickname of gloom
What flows from your eyes
When your heart can't hold anymore
A color to match a feeling

The skeleton had skin once
Pale, smooth skin
It use to love its skin
Then it started to hate it
There was too much of it
They said too much skin wasn't pretty
So the skeleton decided to get rid of it
It made the skin stop growing
The skin started to disappear
Until there was just bone
And the skeleton thought it was finally beautiful

Dancing in the air
Like snowflakes in the wind
