Talking about covid I am not, someone,  its cure will find.

Our ego is  dangerous more; learn we must to be thoughtful n kind.

Ego and pride ours crush, we must, and  relationships bind.

For virus this attacks not just the body but specially our mind

And deadly it is when it is physically n mentally combined.

As soon as see  you the symptoms,  crush  your ego n it grind;

For it destroys you from directions many,  specially from the hind.

A quick realisation help you will to recover; so attack it as you it find.

🪔🪔🪔THIS
DIWALI

There is enthusiasm all around us; busy is everyone, cleaning their home;

Hey guys n gals, we can't forget, to clean our hearts n minds, for life is a bubble; merely foam

Light a lamp, a diya let us, within our hearts, ignite love; no need there is, to temples roam

"Happy Diwali";
as we wish our dear ones, let's wish our selves too; for within us lives that Diwali Diya, n that "OM".

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THIS DIWALI

Please add do not more pollution,  instead grow a tree.

It is through them, that God has given us oxygen free.

Oxygen to four supplies a lush green tree;

Duty it is ours, to keep ourselves covid free.

To a small indoor plant at home, pl. Agree

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THIS DIWALI

Instead of spreading pollution with crackers, please, please, please a tree plant

Because manind has taken a wrong turn; in Nature, there is a deteriorating slant;

Every ******* we burst, will pollution in our environment immediately increase

A tree planted by us, or even indoor plants small; this will definitely decrease.

Also, instead of making China richer n more powerful; who, on our  land encroach;

Let us buy mud "diyaas", from our own poor brethren; come, let us, them approach.

Mithais enjoy let us, our own traditional ones Laddoos, Pedas, Jalebis

After all, Cadbury, Nestle, Toblerons, Lindt, Lindor etc are not our alibi.

All our hard earned money, let us, in our country, for our India keep

Encourage let us our own arts and crafts, at Tribal Jewellery, please do definitely peep.

Feel very good I, when some deeds useful and good I do, boost they, my morale.

In my important endeavor, please do join me, I bet you, it will also increase your morale.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THIS DIWALI

Let us be true children of the soil n Mother India;
Let us,  like in  ancient times,  use  mud  "diyas".
Many from this pandemic have suffered directly or indirectly,  let us help Nature n our own  artisans by using these  Mud  "diyas".
Chinese products may be cheaper, but they use OUR MONEY AGAINST US . Pleeeeeeease don't let this happen. Use our own INDIAN, home made products and celebrate this wonderful festival of lights.
Let us light someone's life. By doing this,  many poor people will benefit.
LET'S DO OUR DUTY TOWARDS MOTHER INDIA  AND  MOTHER EARTH.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THIS DIWALI

This Diwali, prepare n tell yourself, a big "No" to any Chinese stuff

Let's be firm; let China crib, play games *****, or huff and puff

Please be firm, do not buy their lights, lamps or items decorative

Few Fireworks, means less pollution; please take this important initiative

Know this, Fengshui items are absolutely their commercial creation

Let's follow our very own Vastu Shastra, during n always, right away from this celebration.

WISHING YOU ALL MY READERS, A HAPPY DIWALI AND A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THIS IS LIFE

When you die, people many will tears shed, some may cry n yet a few may even shriek

This for days few will go on; people generally good about you also speak

Then this sentiment slowly dies, it becomes very feeble, absolutely weak

Even your own kids will away give your treasured things, in the coming months or weeks

Once every year offer food to a crow they may, who dips in the "kheer" his beak

You may be garlanded, with a sandal wood garland, after being captured in a frame sleek

Your grandchildren remember you may vaguely, a memory blurred n weak

Perhaps some inquisitive one,  may questions ask; and your details seek.

THAT'S THE END OF YOUR STORY.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
If each of us would do this.....
THIS MONSOON

In this scorching heat, need we many  more trees

It's they who give us shadow and cool breeze.

It's here that we get our flowers n fruits, from these trees

So  this Monsoon let us plant many more trees

For our future generations pleeeeeeease
THIS NAVROZE

With whatever your heart n mind are usually filled;
That same stuff, is normally by us, spilled.
So fill our body, mind n soul with things positive
And into trash, throw out things negative.
This Navroze, let's aim to, all things positive collect
Let us these, very carefully for ourselves select.

Into my basket of goodies, add I wish to, following things;
So that, happy and light feel I; as if I now have wings.
May there be immense satisfaction, everlasting joy n peace.
May I enjoy Nature; n help Her to Her goodies increase.
Use carefully, these I will n keep Air, Water n Earth clean.
My heart, mind n soul fill I will, with emotional, mental n physical hygiene.

Aedoon baad.

Armin Dutia Motashaw.
THIS NAVROZE

Pick your glasses and to each other, say cheers;

As you clink your glasses of whiskey or beer,

Celebrate; forgetting our fears, leaving aside the tears.

As we celebrate this Navroze, let us for the future gear;

For a day, leave aside the extinction fear;

And hope, there will be of happiness, many years.

May the community survive for thousands of years.

May there be good luck, health, wealth n cheer.

May this Navroze bring many Bawajis n Maijis near.

Lots of good news may we soooooon hear;

Let Homi tell, "Hilla, come near, my dear"

And announce Hoshi's arrival in the subsequent year.

Remember we must, "united we stand; inspite of us being queer".

May this Navroze bind us all; and the weather be shiny n clear.

To this pick up your glasses of beer,

And once again, loudly, together, let's all say, "cheers".

ÑAVROZE MUBARAK.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THIS NEW YEAR

On the eve of this coming New Year,
for all tragic events, shed let us, a tear;
then, try we must to over come our fear
n to repeat our mistakes not, draw a line clear.

Welcome the New Year let us, with enthusiasm n cheer
clinking our crystal glasses filled with wine or beer.
Eat, drink, dance and merry be; getting into top gear.
wish I, a Happy New Year to each n everyone of you, dear.

This New Year, let us decide one thing, right here;
spread we must happiness, good-will and joy sheer.
Love n respect let us people; and at them never jeer.
Happy New Year to my elders, “smallies” n my peer(s).

Armin Dutia  Motashaw.
THIS NEW YEAR

As ends two thousand n twenty; hope we, end all our ordeals

Here is wishing that this ailing world, now very quickly heals

May  covid goodbye say; and for ever is gone; endorse we can, close deals.

Health, businesses, travel etc are disrupted n fate many things seals.

But now light let us, a flame of Hope n expect things bright.

May the coming year also bring with it peace, prosperity and divine light.

Hope mankind lessons has learnt, not to, with Nature interfere or fight.

Ahura kind, help us  heal; grant us please that divine insight.

THIS PLACE

Our world would be a much better place

If we helped each other, to tie our shoe - lace.

These days everyone wants for themselves pace;

But actually, living together should be our base.

Someone falls, has a problem or is troubled in case;

Help him, we should, to once again, the world face.

Unfortunately today people have become selfish, mean n base.

Lets overcome this attitude, making this, a better place.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
Strage is this world
In the lap of luxury, those who sit curled;
Wear torn jeans
And try to look poor.
This world very selfish has become.
Position, status, money first come.
If these you have, welcomed you will be, by most.
To invite you, ready  will be many  a host.
Raise they will, with your name  a toast !

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THIS WORLD

Wouldn't this world be a beautiful place; just contemplte !

If sow we would, seeds of fruits, that we daily ate.

Imagine oranges, Chikoos, mangoes hanging from trees, along the road.

Banana plantations, gauva, custard-apple trees on every boluward.

The colder places would have apple,  apricot, peach, cherry avenues.

This way, our villages n towns would be loaded with fruits, flowers n veggies.

Every coast, coconut groves, jackfruits would have all around.

Deserts filled with date palms would, if Arabs, date seeds drop could.

I love to imagine a world like this, lush green and so rich yet serene.

Be it man, beast, bird all happily in peace, coexist would.

Thought this fills me with pleasure, which I just cannot measure.

Lord, bless this beautiful Earth, so that a paradise it becomes.

With vegetation , now oxygen rich air,  will automatically come.

THIS CHRISTMAS

Let us contribute our bit, let's bring home a real live tree, in a big ***.... a BAMBOO or  ASHOKA etc.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
MERRY CHRISTMAS

It was a cold windy day and Fariz was walking home in quick footsteps. He was already late and his darling Mom would be anxiously awaiting his arrival.
It was really cold and Fariz had put his hands in his pocket to save them from getting cold. As he walked, he remembered how his Mom gave him Xmas gifts (from Santa of course,) every year. It was a wonderful feeling. Just as he was thinking he heard the squeaking of a puppy. "O the poor little thing must be cold I guess".
He looked around; if a shop was still open, he could perhaps get some milk, but everything was closed. It was Xmas eve. The puppy was still crying. His feet automatically drew towards that little helpless creature. His heart cried at what he saw.
The little pup was trying to awaken his mother, who was stiff dead. His heart broke and tears rolled down his eyes. On an impulse, he picked that little pup and cuddled it. He put it close to his heart, under his jacket. Fariz was about to leave, when he heard another cry. Lo behold !  Oh my God , there is another one too. He picked it up too and warmed both of them as he briskly walked towards home.
He was now close to his house, just a few blocks away. As he was crossing one home, he heard two little voices, talking to Santa. One of them said, " oh Santa, I can't put a stocking up for my wish; for I wish to have a puppy". His sister said, "I can and I will put up mine because I want a cute teddy."
Listening to them, Fariz immediately put one puppy down at their entrance, rang the bell and ran away saying, " ** ** **." When the little sibblings opened the door, their joy was indescribable. They screamed and danced around the little creature with joy. Their mother came out to see what was happening and was extremely surprised to see a cute live puppy. She picked it up and brought it in. The children were over joyed to have a real puppy.
Fariz watched all this and quietly went home.
His Mom was eagerly waiting for him. He walked in, took the little puppy out of his jacket and said, " Mom, This is Santa's gift for you". I remember you giving me one for years, now it's my turn.
They both quickly gave the cute little pup some warm milk and got busy, making him a bed. Fariz asked, "Mom what will we name him?" Mom said, "Rex, because my Mom had a dog, called Rex, whom she dearly loved".
Oh wow, it's gonna be a great Xmas ! as they cuddled little Rex, and said, "shhhh... Wait till Dad gets up to see him".

Armin Dutia Motashaw
Xmas means joy, hope n of course Santa clause ! Everyone sends him a wish list; so do I. Here is my list of wishes ...........

                       THIS XMAS

Dear Santa, from your bag of goodies; unto us babies give;

for we lazy indifferent Bawas, do not wish, to them conceive.

Also unto us, love n faith for Ahura n Zarthushtra bestow,

as that too, in this community of ours, is really very low.

Santa you are benevolent, indeed sweet and very kind,

as for these odd requests from me; please do not mind.

“please, our entire community, with love n unity do bind”

as my pleas to them are in vain; any solution I cannot find.

Armin Dutia Motashaw.
Christmas n New Year parties will soon start.
How I wish, of them we would be an integral part.
All I wish is, with you, I could cosily dance.
But destiny perhaps didn't give me a chance!
Joy immense it would be,  to be held close to your heart.
Heart beats synchronize would n of you, I would be a part.
For that special Xmas season, I have been waiting eagerly.
This endless long wait, seems to have been an eternity.
Darling, when will you come and offer me a dance ?
For that last waltz to last forever, will you give me a chance ?

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THOSE WERE THE DAYS !!!

Oh, those were the days, when I endlessly laughed n giggled;

Into my Mom n Dad's loving arms, I often cushily snuggled.

With brothers, I played, fought n laughed out loud

Was all this really here or was it on some heavenly cloud??

Danced all night on New year's Eve we, without getting tired

Also with our mischief n noise sometimes our neighbours we ired.

After working all night, to visit my people, I remember catching a train.

And in the same way, going for picnics, myself I couldn't refrain.

After my holiday, keeping awake all night, I took a flight to work

Because both very important were and neither, I could shirk.

It was wonderful not to feel tired with energy bubbling n endless

Sadly, drained out has that energy; now there are aches, pains n tiredness.

WHERE HAVE GONE THOSE DAYS ?????

Armin Dutia Motashaw
THOSE YEARS

During our autumn years, on leaves dry we tread.
It's in times these, to lose our dear ones, we dread.
This anxiety impending, is always on our head;
It worries us more, than planning for our daily bread.

A phone call, on a still, quiet night, very late;
Sends our already weak heart racing, into a bad state.
Worry we tremendously, about the impending fate.
Though know we, for each one of us, fixed is a date.

Vulnerable we become, in this autumn season.
Think our near n dear ones involved will be, in treason.
Worry we, without  facts or any important reason.
Worry we unnecessarily endlessly, whatever be the season.

Perhaps, All living beings go through this
THOUGHT PROCESS

Thoughts, very strong are and travel very far; so they teach.

I hope my loving thoughts n intentions, far away to you reach.

Travel If they far, n to you reach, please do reciprocate; I beseech.

My thoughts to you speak whether I am in a park, mountain or a beach.

But totally unaware I am, whether to you they ever do reach .

If to you they do not reach, then wonder I, where is the hitch.

Pray I, my good thoughts and intentions to all my dear ones reach.

In this most beautiful way, a lot we can learn and also teach.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
Time they say, is a healer great;
But to me, it did not show it's trait.
Help me to heal; did not, my fate.

May hurtful memories, slip through my fingers, like sand.
May they disappear forever into air, water or land.
O Lord, bless me
please, by constantly holdding my hand.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
TIME

Almost everyone in and around us, is busy, there is always an acute shortage of time;

But if at all, we really for someone care, then do give them some of your precious time.

We speak so much, but very little do, to actually do something, we have to create this time.

A little less time on the mobile and computer can perhaps help us to smuggle that time.

Children are our future, they are our tomorrow, pleeeease give them your attention and time.

What we are today is because of our elders, our parents, then for them, why can't we spend time???

Armin Dutia Motashaw
In a flower *** small, please do grow small plants on your balcony or room...

It will be wonderful watching it grow, try it, it will give you immense pleasure and satisfaction.

It will help oxygen levels increase in the atmosphere.

If planted in the ground, it will help the water conservation in the land.

Pleeeeeease use water from your RO and AC plants, to water them.

Place small pots of water for birds, wherever you can.

May Ahura  bless us with health, peace and prosperity.

Aedoon baad.

Today we need relationships like this, for the sake of our future generations

Armin Dutia Motashaw
AN ADDRESS TO EVERY PARSI

Don't forget the insults our ancestors had to swallow.
That's why, tradition we need to very well follow.

If we wish to flourish n  survive,
Their ideology, we will have to revive.

Marry early, a Humdin we must n build a family tree.
Leaving aside luxuries, children we should have three.

The future is entirely in your hands now.
Fight for our survival; do not, to selfishness bow.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
TO HELP OR NOT TO

In our own small way, let us a difference make.
A hungry man's life perhaps, may be at stake.
Bread we can share some, it needn't be a cake.

Scared many times I am to help, because many beggars there are fake.
To get cheated n encourage wrong,  my heart would ache.
Because many lazy ones beg and alms conveniently take.

Help me O Lord, to lessen another's heart ache.
Help let me another, in Your name, for Your sake.
Wisdom grant me to differentiate between a deserving n a fake.

To encourage begging, would be a sin big; we must put on a brake.
Children innocent, they kidnap n maim, to get their share of cake.
Have we a right to jeopardize an innocent child's life; we cannot put it at stake.

Help we can by educating street children n this begging chain break.
Help the starving farmers; to them let us technology take; teaching them to build a lake.
With the young n old, weak n weary share; let us our things for them take.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
Time flies, many  things change.
Of these, really long is the range.
Living together is indeed an art.
Like most people intelligent n smart.
Often, eye to eye we don't see.
Yet loving and caring we can be.

Wondering often, how these years 41 , passed in a blink
"Cheers " say we, touching glasses with a clink .
Requesting Ahura to bless us with even ones  better.
Bless us with love, care, friendship n all things that matter.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO YOU DEAR HUBBY.
Your loving wife
Armin.
Happy Birthday to definitely the sweetest daughter on Earth

With a score very high you have passed this most difficult test

Proved you have, to be a worthy daughter ; undoubtedly the best.

TO  SIR WITH LOVE

The first look at him, her teacher, n she lost her heart to him that very moment; she gave a stare blank, as he taught

By her emotions, swept away she was, totally off her feet; in a lightening n thunderstorm severe, she was caught

He, the teacher,  suddenly asked her a question, startled her. With a sudden jolt back to reality, she was brought

Her performance drastically had dropped; n reason she had none to give, when she her report to her father brought

With difficulty great, handed over the performance card she did, as she struggled n her tears fought

Now a dropout she was; like Dad, a great business person she would never become; this in her diary, she did jot

Then, one day, her teacher explained, " Love is different from an attraction physical; so she should carefully forward trot."

Smothered, she couldn't him tell, "Sir, I love you." But vowed she, to let him this someday know; n she did so, as proudly held she, the trophy she got

Today, after years many, proudly holding her head high along with the trophy in her hands; her cheeks red, n burning hot;

Proclaimed she proudly amidst all, "This trophy is for you, Sir, with my respect and love! I then, n today, love you a lot. "

Armin Dutia Motashaw
Wishing Mandar n his better half all the very best.
Don't just worry about the tribulations n tests.
In love, fun,  caring n sharing your time now invest .
Enjoy these days, making every day a fest.

Lots of love and blessings from

Armin Dutia Motashaw
TOUCH

Touch another's heart with words kind;

Words soothing can a torn heart stitch or bind.

Touch  your hand lovingly, to heal someone's pain

Your smile may help someone to remain sane.

A pat small on  the back, can encourage one

With our words encouraging,  shine may someone's Sun.

Stinge do not, to kind be,  it may save a dying man.

Use words n gestures kind v. often; whenever you can.

TOWEL

After their bath, their towel they make me,

Some kind of mischief, in this they see.

My Freyanush n  Zoi's towel, I love to be.

Such a wonderful time of the day this is; filled with glee.

As hug me they;  with their lil bodies, wet I love to get.

To stay dry I dare not with them ever bet.

To run n  jump in my lap, a time they plan n set.

They somehow succeed in getting me wet.

To be their towel, is absolute fun, a sheer joy.

Love I, to be their towel; their live- fun- toy.

Willingly I become a part of their prank n ploy.

For these cute loving pranks, I am their envoy

Armin Dutia Motashaw
TOWELS

As they are colourful n of varied qualities; so is a human towel

In the lighter vein, my lil granddaughter loves to use me as a towel;

Coming out after a bath, she clings to me, using me as her towel.

Our mind, specially when young n tender, is a very good sponge, a towel

But the biggest n the best is our subconscious, it absorbs more than a towel

Parents, grands, teachers have to careful be, to feed water clean to every little towel

Our subconscious constantly absorbing keeps, so, my Ahura, make it a positive towel

This world a much better place will be, if good thoughts are printed on every towel

Everytime we have a fresh one, it is duty ours, to keep clean this towel

Armin Dutia Motashaw
To Every Judge, advocate, politician n world citizens

Would you really plead, postpone the cases of **** if your daughter, sister, wife or mother was involved ????

Money is important, undoubtedly so but can't we make it in a better way ???

I request everyone please please please do not delay or come in the way of justice. Let not the laws of KARMA punish you.

Its my humble request to awaken your conscience which may be in stupor.

Thanking you in advance

Yours sincerely
Armin Dutia Motashaw
TRADITION

It's tradition, that keeps and holds a culture together.

Slowly, it will die, if shifted we away, to things other.

Care great must be taken to hold these values precious together.

For it's tradition that holds a society or community together;

Shifting away from your roots may be fashion; but it's like foresaking your father.

Remember we must all, to adhere to our rich cultural heritage; foresaking it is disaster.

Let's respect and follow our rich culture, as we would respect our father n mother.

Grow we should, very many useful trees.
Give us they, shade and cool breeze.
Precious oxygen levels in the air, they increase.
Or prepared remain; to face death n desease.
Implore I to every reader, to understand this.
And help me in my endeavour, to grow trees.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
SET A NEW TREND

Fashion trends many set, but care I don't, to wear torn jeans.
It is sowing virtue in myself; one at a time, just a bean.
Setting such  habits n trends, to improve myself, is what I mean.

Work hard, thoughtfully,   I will; but not in a mad haste.
Electricity n water use I definitely will;  but  never , it waste
Before I fill my plate with food; it I will first taste.

Towards people, specially children n elders, I will be kind
Instead of dividing people, them I will bind.
Telling them not to blindly follow trends; they must use their mind.

To be caring n kind, I will set a trend.
To help the old and the feeble at the. Road's bend.
To help a student poor, with her studies; n to school her send.

Oh the list actually long and eñdless is.
It will add up n always in number increase.
forgot I to mention, that I will certainly grow trees.

Like I would, to educate my maid's child, like a teacher- parent.
A trend setter I am, but of course, a little different;
Setting new trends socially, in my own small way, I meant.

Armin Dutia Motashaw
Came into my life you stealthily, quietly;

Captured me and my very existence silently.

I perhaps wasn't up to your standard; why did you then trespass ?

and may I know, with whose permission, did you walk pass ?

Now closed have the doors and I cannot let you out.

Yet, it's I, who is restless n suffers, who struggles like a trout.

Often with this struggle, tears pour down from my eyes.

How long will this struggle, this fight last, don't know this I;

TRUTH ABOUT RELIGION

Only humans we were all.

Then saints some gave us a call.

Introducing a path, to God reach.

Different principles they did teach.

Then some followers with enthusiasm filled;

Lured people;  n fear n force instilled.

Thus started a wrong procedure of conversion.

This unnecessarily creates friction and aversion.

Just once if pause we; ponder over and deeply think;

We can establish reasoning and a very sensible link.

Were our forefathers in India Muslims, Christians or Hindus.

Was Iran a Muslim nation; or actually Zarthosti, upto the Indus.

Within us we have an answer. Religion is a matter personal.

By discussions, arguments n wielding power n force it becomes arsenal.

Let's love the religion we are born in n it practise; but try not to it impose.

To convey this beautiful truth, this poem I did compose.

O all you Young ones dear,

Your lives carefully steer;

Try n great become, like our seers

Try to overcome your fears

Have a vision, crystal clear;

And quickly put into action your gear

Plunge forward, as did our seers

Work hard, with all your might, my dears.

For OUR SELVES N OUR CHILDREN......

Closer to Nature we must try and live, in a concrete jungle, a corner green build

As huge trees chopped off are, my heart in pain reels

There is so much plastic all around us, can we make OUR BOMBAY N COUNTRY MORE BEAUTIFUL N GREENER

Making holes at the base of plastic containers n bottles, let us grow small plants, put them on our balconies, on staircases n request our young ones to them water.

Bamboo, Money plants grow in water, just change the water every week.

Waste water from Aqua guard R/O can be used this way.

Please involve our children n grandchildren, so that they  come close to Nature and enjoy a sense of pride when they see a life taking shape

Please try and help God, by helping Nature.
