LORD O LORD

Listen to my plea meek, but my fervent prayer my Lord;

Moving these days You know, is life, at the speed of a concord

Help me to live at my space, with self respect, on my own accord

People, their advise keep giving n those even wish to  record

To my grief overcome, and to smile once again, please help me.

Let me in everything, in all circumstances n situations all, positivity see.

Most difficult it is, to forget those memories close to my heart, which are a part of me

Help me O my kind Lord Ahura, with all my heart, listen to my desperate plea.

ACCEPTANCE

Our mind knows the ways of this world, but unfortunately our heart accepts it not

That's when the squabble begins, and in an entangled web, we are soon caught.

The ways of the world we know; in front of us, speak people sweetly on our face,

Behind our back, they remarks nasty make or our good names easily disgrace

"Promises are meant to be broken," people say; n seem proud to go back on their word.

Messages very important to us are often ignored, phones are not answered or not heard.

This, people say, is the style of the day, to ignore someone in need, this is the best way.

To give false hope, on the face, is considered a gesture kind, a style, to keep people away.

Unfortunately people good, who in sincerity believe n unnecessary false commitments give not;

Considered are foolish in this world which is cunning, n mean; they  tHese lessons are forcefully taught.

Ahura, what become will, of this world? Will the good change to become bad?

Don't You think you need to do something soon? It's a situation very disheartening n sad.

तेरी अनार की सुनी कलाइयां

तेरी दी हुई असंख्य चूड़ियों के बिना, कलाइयां पड़ गई है सुनी और लगने लगी है श्याम;

तेरे प्यार बिना, तेरी हस्ती बिना, हैयाती बिना, यही तो होना था इनका अंजाम

पैमाना छलकते हुए लगता है दिलकश; बेजान लगता है जब नही होती है उसमे जाम ।

अब सुनी और बेजान इन कलाईयों का नहीं कोई दाम, नहीं कोई काम ।

इन सुनी कलाईयों को क्या दु मैं नाम, अब तो दर्द भरी आहें और आँसूंओ के साथ गुज़रती है हर शाम

THE CHANGING WAYS OF THIS WORLD

Shattered I am, with the ways of this selfish world

When an ill or needy, desperately support needs, they sit cushy n curled

All the person probably needs, is a little moral or emotional support ;

Time people have to wine n dine, or watch a movie or some sport;

But to inquire about the bereaved relative or friend's wellness there's no time.

Scared they are, just incase they may have to part with a few dimes.

Busy very is the schedule, a formal visit or call is all, they make, n that's the end.

Some people own them some money, even that is hushed up, never to be given or send

Why has the world so much n so drastically n disgustingly changed ???

Or Lord, in years fifty, a totally different breed have you arranged???

पल दो पल का है सवाल

ईतना भी तू  मशरूफ न हो, के अपनोके लिए तेरे पास एक पल भी न हो

ऐसा न हो, जब सिधारेंगे वो स्वर्ग तब तुझे उनके लिए रोनेकी भी फुरसत न हो ।

जो रिश्तोंको एहमियत न दे, प्यार और सन्मान न दे, वो बहुत पछताता है ।

जो तुम्हारा अपना है, उसे थोडासा अपनापन दो, तुम्हारी एक कीमती पल दो

उसके दुखमे सांत्वना दो, बस पलभर हाथ थाम लो ।

पैसों का नाम आते ही रिश्तेदार और दोस्त, डर जाते हैं,

पैसे भले मत दो, सिर्फ दो हिम्मतभरी बातें तो करो ।

साथ निभाओ, जब साथकी जरूरत हो, इतना भि मशरूफ मत रहो।

CHAI GARAM  CHAI

Millions of cups of TEA/CHAI each day, we Indians happily consume

It is almost a must every morning, evening and before we work resume

Lures us its aroma at home or when we pass by a tea-stall, tempting are its fumes

One of the most consumed drinks in India is definitely chai, anyone can this presume

Huge varieties there are, count  one cannot; but the most famous I guess is Masala chai

Most Indians, specially Gujjus, this thoroughly enjoy; even foreigners must definitely it try.

Every morning a fresh cup of boiling chai makes your day; ah! that cup of "garma-garam chai"

My  most favorites are the aadu-ilaichi (ginger cardamom) n Bawaji special, the fudhina-leeli-chai

Once you sip it, along with Bun-Muska, almost addicted you are, you get a "Chaska" true.

There is an art in concocting a good cup of chai; one must know  how to it properly brew

Sadly I wasn't allowed to taste coffee or tea/chai when young, I tasted it, only when I grew

Tea here, is a drink old, but the Brits loved it n made it famous; so, chai is old tea is new

અનારની અરજ

ભૂલકાંઓ, આપણી પરંપરા ભૂલે થી બી ભૂલયે નહીં, રાખજો સદા આં ધ્યાન

ઉત્તમ આવે પરિણામ, જ્યારે પરંપરાગત તરીકતો સાથે મળે આપણું બોહળું જ્ઞાન

આં દેઅપાદર રોજે, ચાલો હળી મળી ને નાના મોટા, સૌ કરીયે ચૂલાનો સત્કાર

માનવએ જ્યારથી રાંધતા શીખ્યું, ત્યારથી જરૂર આપ્યો હશે એને, ચૂલાને આવકાર

અન્ન અને અગ્નિ, જળ અને વાયુ કુદરતની છે બક્ષેશો ખરેજ અણમોલ

એમને માન સન્માન આપી આદર સત્કાર કરવો જોઈએ, એજ છે, જીવનની સાર્થકતા, એનું મોલ.
