She is

blackballed

to her

old lovers

even

though she

might slither

back to

them now

and then.

I know for

a fact

because I

am a member

of the club.

We still

meet on Tuesdays

nights down at

the Elks.

the sloppy

stories we

tell and the

sighs that

can still be heard.

to one another

would 30 years later

loving her was

as real as it gets,

we all say that.

that little

thing she

did with her

tongue..

over 99 percent

of our bodies.

she was good at

that she was

good at everything.

Especially making us

believe that

loving her

was whatever

we wanted

it to be..

today she is

remembered by us

as a *****.

every Tuesday night

you can hear

us say it in

chapter and verse.

but she is

our *****.

and God bless

her for that.

The tender

sigh upon

your breath,

the whisper

of something

misplaced

in your

life before.

I hold

near to

my heart ,

and with

all the
pieces

of your
life that
are
you.

I find

peace and

love,

and a
warm

and gentle

place to

place my

soul.

and in

your arms

that embrace

me I am

whole and

you are

whole,

and we

are complete

in love
with
one
another..

we are

one in this

passion
night.

.
where our

sighs
do not

wander
unanswered

and our

dreams

fill the
sky.

and you

open to

receive

me ,

with

trust and

hope in

your sighs.

and I give

you deep,

I give you

full.

and

your pleasure

is a
blessing

to my

eyes.

Breathe

naked

into me

and I into

you.

let me

swallow

your juicy

kisses and

bury my

tongue thick

and gentle

into your

open mouth.

let the words

between us

be honest

and kind,

and the love

inside

us full

and ripe.

let me

be in

all of

you.

like summer

in sky.

let my hands

and lips

find no

place

unwilling or

unfamiliar.

and when

I enter

inside you

hold my

eyes close

to yours,

and let us

dream

of all that

should

be and

all we

have become.

and be

thankful

for the

morning

light,

and most

gracious to

this moment of

you lying

beside me.

all hope
lost
I witness

my face
in my morning
mirror,

like a flame of
heart as
it boiled
in open sky.

tears melt
to a glass reflection
thunderbolts
in my eyes.

cold white
wave linen
sheets
that can't
hide the
pain anymore,

they just
keep my
head submerged
and I
can't catch
my breath.

can't swim
any longer
against
their tide.

loves lost
to the
mistrust
of shadows

and lies

and distant
silhouettes
standing at
old cellar
doors.

don't
answer it.

don't
look back.

cause tonight
love doesn't
remember
me anymore.

I write

to your

I write

to the woman

woman

the daughter

the wife

the mother

the grandmother,

From a

"I am not
