I'm a prison in my own. Locked away inside these epithelial cells

I'm not easily torn, but you've ripped me like tissue paper.

Your watch may run faster than mine,
but that won't keep me from being on time.

Here 'I’ am, at ‘this’ place in time at ‘this’ posited location.
Here ‘I’ write, at ‘this’ time; ‘this’ time is ‘Now’, but what is ‘Now’, and what do I mean when I say ‘Now’?
Did I say ‘Now’ now or after the ‘Now’?, videlicet is ‘Now’ after the ‘before’ or before the ‘after’?
If today was tomorrow and tomorrow was yesterday
Where would I be 'Now'?
As Hegel would say:
"Now is a plurality of 'Now'"

Perhaps then it was 'He' who suggested that we just go with the flow of things and live for the moment.
'O sense-certainty... you make me smile...
