I miss those days,
When we we’re all together,
I just wish and hope,
We’ll always have each other.

I love our family,
And everything we do,
We laugh and fight,
And love each other too.

I just want us all,
To understand each other better,
Because we now never get along,
It’s as if we are going farther and farther.

I know though,
That as we all grow apart,
We all still love each other,
In our Hearts.

Life’s a *****,
But so are you,
You don’t believe me?
Ask Everyone, it’s true.

Life’s not always fair,
But so are we,
So you better listen,
It’s best not to test me.

Life’s wonderful,
Just kidding,
You’re here for awhile,
To do all our bidding.

His past broken,
His present shaken,
His future taken,
His life forsaken.

The world continued,
And left nothing of me,
No one realized,
How I was to be.

I had this after thought,
A couple of weeks ago,
I haven’t met him,
That *******.

Maybe it’s best,
To leave the past alone,
And the other part of me,
I should have never known.

Today I overheard an old man say,
“Let your imaginations free,”
It made me smile and think,
Of my worst enemy, Poetry.

Maybe it’s time to stop,
Poetry isn’t my thing anymore,
I’ve lost some sense in it,
And it’s not something I adore.

Maybe it’s time to start,
Something creative and fun,
Like photography or write a book?
Nah! I should just stick with one.

Maybe it’s time to rewind,
Go back and see why I started writing,
Well, It was because of a girl,
Whom I was about to be leaving.

Maybe it’s time to go forward,
I should just forget the past,
It was then and this is now,
I can’t always hold on to “us.”

Maybe it’s time to pause,
And let it play through,
Who knows?
I might someday find you.
