a day is a day is..
a day
hey?

since the day I saw
but a mere two days
hard to believe what I
saw
but I can't say.. I just can't
I might be blinded
by the contiguous-brilliance

today
I slow-pour this wondrous-concoction
into
this
wee poem-in-granite
and wait for the right-an-timely setting

and *tomowwow

we'll see..
won't we?

yesssssss...

sunny.. yesterday, the sun hid its bold-face

thinking oft of alighting into dreams
whose rides go through loftiest-clouds..

Upon the gilt threshold, it appeared - a waiting carriage
and passing by, along the broken road, came Zachary
through gentle-haze, it struck him - the face of beauty
Came nearer.. only for disillusionment to take him by the hand..

Zachary’s lament falls on the thunderous roll of carriage
as it leaves the water’s edge..
ripping out his heart-eyeball and throwing at open lightning-sky
He chokes on dust-particled truth-beads piercing heavy-air, doubling over

Zachary, oh Zachary..  who are you?
too many ill-winds
                   blow rude-breathe
                  rack and shake your life-cage
try to unseat your heart’s-core

a gentle-prayer comes across the way – and takes your hand – leads you to the side
it shows you how redemptive-answers lie on the light-ripple on the water
go quietly beneath and
you’ll find yourself..
in time*

yeah man - do keep 'em smiles flowing – it’s in there.. somewhere 
let's try not to lament the rough-seas too much.. there's purpose to the pain (lol)

some saying I read :

Smooth roads never make good drivers
Smooth seas never make good sailors
Clear skies never make good pilots

Be strong enough to challenge of Life
Don't ask Life: 'Why me?'
     Instead - say: 'Try me!'

sub-entry : tackle

word-spewing’s easy
when heart’s bashed on stone

yet beaut-flow comes breezy
tackle that inside.. slowly

Can't get the stink off
He's been hanging round for days
Comes like a comet
Suckered you but not your friends
One day he'll get to you
And teach you how to be a holy cow

You do it to yourself, you do
And that's what really hurts
Is that you do it to yourself
Just you and no one else
You do it to yourself
You do it to yourself

Don't get my sympathy
Hanging out the 15th floor
You've changed the locks three times
He still comes reeling through the door
One day I'll get you
And teach you how to get to purest hell

You do it to yourself, you do
And that's what really hurts
Is that you do it to yourself
Just you, you and no one else
You do it to yourself
You do it to yourself

You do it to yourself, you do
And that's what really hurts
Is that you do it to yourself
Just you, you and no one else
You do it to yourself
You do it to yourself.. yourself.. yourself..

a butterfly-garden on a hill
behind the wall
of
your par-need

who fills the tank
                                 and pays the bills?
                                                                   it's not ur car..

who rots away in a meeting
                                  while trailing mind-tunnels out
                                                                        doodles to escape tedium..

who feels despair on the shoulder
and tries to **** it up
                                                                       while hearing the ocean's call..

who sees the stark-brilliance
                                      right before unbelievably blind-eyes
                                                                        casting pearls before swine..

hey..
*******, man!

we see only what we want to see
why can nobody see
the rare butterflies
right here
in our midst?*

S T - 10 octagon 2013

see me fly close to the sun

watch my feathers trail and hopes plummet

all round the air

falling through the sky

evening pond..
cranes' beaks probe
last of daylight melts in rosemary-blue

lunar-moult occurs once
fins have fill of lacrymal-oceans
pedestal left behind when raiment-sown
into the slow-weave tapestry of awakening
sweeping over this landscape with seminal-flow
changing forever its inside-face

hear the unsignalled-whispers of the moon-child
it all lies in that feathered-hope

squiggle.. squiggle.. this message portent
on the palm of your sentry-pod
rustic purple on wheat-coloured earth
green-eyes smite the clouds its freedom
moving.. ever-moving.. then dissipate
into brilliant air
temporarily changing the sky's face
as the sun's eyelashes slowly meet

crawling onward
on the surface
of never

edging slowly to the sides now..veering
wait to fall..

can't ignore the ever-giving spores
lithe stems in a trance-like dance
yes, there is beauty in this non-stop dispersing
of that which asks
nothing in return

somewhere

there must still be

a massive glitch

in the time-score*

that the moon will shed

find yer hiding-place 'neath craters of old..)
