Remnants
Danielle Rayleen Jan 2018
There’s still remnants of my true soul,
But an end to where this started.
I have the toughest time with letting go,
but man this life is marvelous.

The soul will know,
the mind can grow,
reflection of your true self.
There’s no weather you can’t weather,
but knowledge is the real wealth.

The hardest part is getting by,
because spiritually I’m everywhere.
Your reaction to me is physical
but spiritually, I’ve really gotta feel, you.

I soar above the clouds, I fly.
inner-g alive once more,
present on a level,
cold as ice, get a bevel.

Not many really seem to, get here,
not many really seem to maintain,
on this level.

It’s mental what we go through,
work, let me show you,
showing you, I’m using me,
electric kind of energy.

Abating Breath
Danielle Rayleen Jan 2018
Her thoughts danced like an interpretation of anguish,
salt-water emerging from the corners of her eyes.
Departing from the calm of the open flame,
she soaked in her demise.

Abating breath, bracing for a new sense of normalcy,
she sensed her flesh yearning to bring destruction.
As each second of borrowed time passed,
she focused on the prophecy.

Impending fate toys with destiny,
as the fire in her eyes glimmers.
Warranting her sense of hope,
letting the boiling *** of liquid simmer.

She clings to the tightrope of her souls awareness,
knowing that the slightest falter could cause her descent.
What lies on the other end of this horizontal tread?
Ah, but the ladder to keep climbing, recognizing the ascent.

How long it has been since she reached for a new rung?
She has traveled faithfully on the chosen path,
accepting each task with obedience,
Alas, there is a new song to be sung.

Complacency
Danielle Rayleen Jan 2018
Her mind runs rampant,
drawing circles in the serene water.
She takes a moment to soak in her reflection,
yearning for her heart to be tauter.

She envelops herself in a familiar warmth,
yet this warmth is not synonymous.
Harmony had been found in days prior,
feeling around, all that arrives is bleakness.

The foolishness has ensued,
carrying her to the doorstep of complacency.
Here is where everything must be lied down,
in the pure avoidance of stagnancy.

Alas, dust crumbles from her fingertips,
knowing that she too must surrender.
A somber presence encapsulates her soul,
striving for solitude with an absence of contenders.

She allows her fragile expectations to pour from the mind,
a stream flowing down, stirring the dust on the descent.
As each piece of dust and matter interact with the stream,
her soul receives permission to repent.

Mind meeting soul with a distinguishable uncertainty,
the density of this meeting can be felt throughout the body.
She breathes and makes room for the soul to heal,
moving the pain into the heart, vision becomes spotty.

Settling around the gentleness that she is capable of ensuing,
realizing that forgiveness is to be explored.
She goes back to the minds lake,
figuring it would be dry and forlorn.

An entrancing feeling of abundance washes over,
her eyes are fixated upon the clarity of the lake.
The body of water grants permission to her weary soul,
who requests to rest on it’s strength.

She resists the urge to hurl herself into the body of water,
gracefully plunging in to the beat of her own heart.
Each footstep takes her further into the bliss,
floating within the serene water,
is where she must start.

Heart Open Flow
Danielle Rayleen Jan 2018
General discomfort,
symptoms of restlessness form.
Allow the emotion,
go inside it.
Experience the fullness,
acceptance and gentle freedom.

Scattered,
yet trudging through the desert with the weight of an elephant,
is it possible to get to the other side?
Weighted down, or nothing at all.
Desperate to find the wherewithal.

A paradox,
when the emotionless void fills,
springs with grace overflowing,
seemingly containing the ocean,
ebb and tide.

Otherworldly?
All of it,
life in expansion,
not merely 3-D, do you see?
General discomfort,
heart open,
what comes first?
All of it.

Consuming the mind
Danielle Rayleen Jan 2018
Islands of hope in a sea of sorrow,
trying to avoid those those that are hollow.
Wanting the most, never to boast.
Swinging time on the clock,
wanting to walk down every block.
I’m somebody to no one,
but to the greatest I am a song un-sung.

Floating away with an empty head,
yearning to feel the good instead.
So complex yet the simplest of all kind,
do I call myself simple to unwind?

Unwind those that bind me,
but forget I said that, mind me.
Listen to me because I am right,
look down upon me because I can’t take flight.
Nothing consumes the mind more,
than what’s meant for you behind the door.

People pleaser at its best, never gets a break to rest.
Then again I don’t know, I’m not a pleaser I just row,
along the stream until I see someone in need,
being myself cannot work until I succeed.

Nothing accomplished with what I say,
realizing everything is not to my dismay.
Blamed constantly in a frivolous hope,
calling oneself simple,
won’t help you cope.

The Garden
Danielle Rayleen Jan 2018
Spoken words,
while lively,
are fumbled about with,
met with a familiar understanding.

An array of information exchanged, thoughts and ideas,
floating about in the energy,
expounding from the individual aura.

As a white light encompasses those,
we choose to direct our energy.
Love abounding from source,
is always interpreted from perspective.

The consensus views an outward appearance,
even when frequencies are matched.
Letting flesh take over,
not meddling in the spiritual veil floating above.

Those that deny this power,
will be denounced to walk amongst themselves.
Those that recognize the true inner nature,
will be invited into the garden.

Be still,
breathe in the comfort you are provided with,
bask in the energy of source at this moment,
but do not ask for more than you are provided.

Raising to a frequency,
still able to interact,
I can now see their intentions,
and in them lies no tact.

Standing on the mountain,
we see things for what they are,
for everything in the physical body,
replicates behind the veil.

We walk amongst you,
we converse amidst the harshness sensed.
We meddle in our creative aspirations,
in hope that you too will understand.

Those that recognize the true inner nature,
will be invited into the garden.
