The skyscrapers reach higher than my hands can go,
I stretch up higher,
Even stand on my tippytoes,
A bird descends to me,
A droplet falls from the sky,
I hold the bird in my arms,
And place the droplet in my eye,
So now that my arms are always warm,
And water will forever glisten in my eyes,
No one would come to realise,
When I've reached the end of my time.
