Has feathers,
sleeps in the nook,
by a red rock,
and the title of this poem,
made you look
at my ****.

She ran away from all the pain,
With a shattered soul she would obtain,
Hated unwanted with nowhere to go,
She’d always she hurting but no one would know.

She tells herself her lives a mess,
She wants to sleep, eternally rest,
She wants to die sad and hurt,
She’s sick with the pain she can’t divert,
She wants away from all the lies,
She wants to live without stifling cries.

She can’t be happy when she’s alone,
She can’t stay where she has no home,
She can’t go back without memories,
She can’t show the scars when no one sees,
She can’t be loved when she hides it away,
She’s misunderstood so she never can stay.

She wasn’t afraid when she drew her last breath
She had found her escape, her cure was death,
She won’t be remembered and she won’t be missed,
So please if you would listen to this.

Look for a grave unmarked and unknown,
And remember this girl; she’s found her home.

I live to die and die to know,
The way of life the blood of flow,
Remember all you can't restrain,
You captivate the dream with pain,
My nightmares haunt and nothing's real,
Forever will I bleed to feel,
The corner helpless of my eyes,
Distort the horror of my lies,
I’ll try to run but I will fall,
I’ll try to hide but then stand tall,
You know the cold and I feel numb,
Feeling destroyed I will succumb,
A craving to hard to ignore,
The tears from my eyes they pour,
A hurting to deject to tame,
a toneless voice I cannot name,
A place that puts your hell to shame,
And that’s my mind a wilting flame.

Hum-D, Some-D,
sat alone on a wall,
Hum-D, Some-D,
had a very
hard fall,
and all the King's forces,
and all the Queen's friends
just couldn't paste, tape, glue, *****,
nail, seal, spackle, buckle,
bandage, bandaid, bubble-gum
or even sew,
D back together again
at all.

Hold your breath and close your eyes,
wish and dream with me, then sigh,
take my hands to your smiling face,
feel my loving fingers trace,
the very essence of your being,
those softly kisses worth repeating,
that from now on and ever after this,
we shall live our lives in loving bliss.

Give me another needle,
make sure it's good and sharp,
stick it deep into my arm,
in this very chilly room so dark.
Take the tape and puff of cotton,
cover up the ****** hole,
leave me then feeling forgotten,
beneath these blankets shivering cold.

today you took me by surprise,
bright smile, dancing eyes,
loosened the noose on yet another lonely day,
wherein the depths of these shadows I do lay,
again, you came a-light,
golden skin, heart a-flight,
taking the time to share some of your life with me,
the very essence of your softly sweet vitality,
beauty, you breathe the skies,
today you took me by surprise

No need to say a word,
it's morning in the country,
leave the chirping for the birds.

Lay your precious head,
against my caring arm,
be silent now instead,
let me keep you safe from harm.

Each day I get to hear you,
speaking merrily to me,
I treasure all you say and do,
that lends a tender mystery.

So, take your words and tuck them,
deep inside your caring heart,
your eyes say everything they can,
and that's a wonderful way to start.
