Broken hearts
Life passed by in a matter of seconds
Things would never be the same
As my heart wrenched in pain
Day after day
Things got worse
How could you let this happen
Making me think things were fine
That's where I drew the line
I cried day and night because of you
Months without you
I forgot all about your pretty little face
But then you walk back into my life
Reality hit me harder than you leaving
Sight of you made me forget all self control
You told me
"Baby I miss you, I promise I'll never leave"
"You are my life and I love you"
It tore me to pieces seeing you cry for me
I never wanted you back
Yet words slipped out
"The things you did are unforgettable"
"But here's one last token"
"Next time please don't leave me broken."
