Hi, I went to therapy today
like everyone wants me to
I talked about all the things
I could of never stoped talking
because there are just so many things
there isn't enough time in Therapy
to talk about all the things
its not really helping me
in fact sometimes I feel worse after
but I am doing it
because everyone told me
I need it
but its not helping
its just talking about all the things and then its over
and all the things are still there overwheming me
I want to run away
I want to not be me.
