The step lies before you, Begin your ascent Out of the hell Out of torment Look on the bright side The sun steals your eyes Turn a cold shoulder to the dark moon And realize You could not endure the night, The wolf stole your clothes A wolf in lambs clothing seems to fit A monster no one knows The cold slipped around you, But you ran on and on, Not letting your body feel the nip The bite of the frost Or pausing to see your bare body
