I know this jasmine girl On her tender age, This young and beautiful innocent woman, She is full of misery and pain Who has seen sufferings Beyond comprehensions Since her innocence years A beautiful jasmine girl Whose heart is golden Yet full of life and lights Undeniably brave under Her uncontrollable circumstances. I compared myself with her standing And found no words to describe my stupidity, how much I complain about simple things My silliness for crying rivers for Like to a pinch of a needle or for A scratch under my toenails Or for a seasonal cold or flu Compared to her life threatening Complications and diagnoses Which she is suffering from each day Since her youthful days. I feel her pains cutting through My veins like a double edged knife and Yet unable to do a single thing for her except, wishing, wishing that Just for a blink of a ticking second, I wished to be God For I can take her pains away To see her smile for a day To see her take her first pain free steps Like a little child whose heart melts To her first toy play.

Wished to be God
This is inspired by a true event. I wish I know a way to make your pains go away. I wish one day God would make your life free of pain and misery
