Unjust jungle strained for air
Nauseous gas paired
with all our oxygen

           Mouths agape, breathing
       words of toxic kin.
           Ideas are asphyxiated; impaired

                              What is this world and what do I hear?

Its all of us gasping
Reaching for those who care
