In the midst of all my chivalry,

I have realization,

Am I not a lady,

As woman for woman,

Explain her reasoning,

Behind such acts of hermit's bliss.

Wearing mangle armor of silver,

Poisoned apples laid by my side,

And asleep I did quickly fall,

Knight was I but also,

A princess indeed.

Cursed or bewitched,

No longer chivalrous I seem,

Left waiting for a kiss,

Amongst the trees.

Quietly I shall sleep,

Until a knight like I,

Woman for woman,

I'm alive.
