Giving her one last kiss, closing his eyes to reminisce.
A whisper in her ear, told his last goodbyes.
A tear touched her face that fell from his eyes.
As he was pushed to proceed, he knew his last letter she'd never read.
Words written in a letter consisting of his love.
Words if spoken out loud he could never speak of.
