When you hit the bottom of the sea

When you hit the bottom of the sea

You will realise

That time is an illusion

And love is a distraction

From reality that hits you hard and

Unfairness

Oppression

Selfishness

The society that we breathe in

Your skin so soft

Porcelain

Big brown eyes

When will I ever see those again?

You left without a trace

I dwell in your embrace

I was lost and you found me

I opened up and became a wild flower

Still searching for our souls

Who we are

Where we are going

Should we just drop everything

And travel the world?

Experiences over institutions

Memories over systematic learning

Living over claustrophobia

Why did you leave?

Let me grow and now you let me die
