We sat firmly with our backs to our enemies!
Monarchies,
Who trusted one another.
Brothers
Umongst each there, they had become.
The sun
Shown upon them as their peace symbol.
Now tremble,
Does the monarch in a time of war.
"No more!
No more!" Cry the peasants, "we've got nothing left!"
Theft,
Fire, and destruction; killers stop at nothing.
Suffering
Lands, family and friends, torn apart in this dispute.
Minute
Sparks of irritation grow in hungry flames, dying to consume.
As soon,
Just as soon as the conflict arose,
It froze.
The weary warriors had had enough
Tough
Men, strong women, and arrogant children:
Just then
Grow up and see the destruction that had been caused.
Minute - exceptionally small; tiny
