Oct 2014
maybe you forgot how to say hello when you walked out the door
you left in mid December
I was spilled ink on your perfect blank page
how does it feel holding someone else's hand after you
took my heart and set it on fire
do you have trouble sleeping every time you dream of me
taking a single breath.
does smoke will your lungs
do you choke on all the promises you made but did not keep
is the truth hard to swallow? like pieces of a broken mirror?
the memory of me and you intoxicates you on sober nights
does my name send shivers down your spine ?
haunting your soul.
