Hurt brings out my tears that fall without a sound down my face
But who's to know there are a lot of us in goodbye town
And who's to know each day that you wake up behind the masked smile
How one really feels? When people look sincerely at you who"s
To know the real deal?Who"s to know that inside your heart is broken
And life is at  standstill  messthe hand that rested warm in your own
Is gone now and nobody on the plant will answer that sent out sos
Who"s to know getting through the day is an effort and food going down
Tastes like sand doubt takes you on free mind trips
But who"s to know why she left you high and dry
For that other man?
