Thoughtless patriotism in the United States, has made us a nation full of hates
Hates for Muslims, Arabs,
making enemies instead of brothers.
We wanted chicken, but we only got bones.
Lots of debts and unpaid loans.
We say we want peace but we choose war.
Spending money on bombs til there ain't no more.'
We like to think we're kind and nice
But we sure ain't no sugar or spice
It's stupid how we choose to live
We want equality, but the truth is,
It will never truly
Be a reality.
