What do you know about pain?
Pain is so much more than a four letter word.
Pain is watching someone you love being
Torn away from you slowly.
Pain is the regret you feel when you know
This isn't what you've asked for.
Pain is feeling a deep crevice form in your heart,
Knowing you will never be able to repair it.
Pain is trying to let go of what you want,
So you can let them do what they need.
Pain is when you cannot cry another tear,
But you feel the burn in your eyes.
Pain is wanting something that you cannot have,
But you want anyway.
Pain is feeling your heart stop beating,
yet you live.
Pain is an ache that never leaves...
Pain has no peak. It never stops.
