Perhaps I
Was the first draft
And she
Was the work of art
You stained my face with your fingers
And left your print all over me
You never bothered to clean the edges
Left me in the rough
Left me in the dark
In the pages of a sketchbook you never open
Anymore and
I would rather be dead
