what the ostrich saw
good to see the sun shine once again
as if it has a choice
toys asleep in the attic and you're still waiting
I won't tell you, because you looked away
when you decided to be blind to truth
and deaf to reality, the shrieks
what the ostrich saw in the sand
curses you'll never know.
