La Chanson Triste* is played from memory
and the heart. She catches his eye as she leaves,
letting him know he caught a piece of her self;
he places it carefully in his valise
as he packs up to go home alone,
wondering why all the fine women
are taken...or gay...or both.
I had to ****** that from the response file, ephemera...hope you don't mind.
