Wood panels stood
Against my Dream Room walls,
Nightmares locked downstairs.
That was the happiest we've ever been.

But there's no moon glow anymore.
It's daylight, Dream Room.
Stay behind.

In space I've vanished,
But my spirit stays.
Lonely, I linger in your worn out walls.
That day light came and took you away.
Mourn the melted sweets,
Now ghosts in your halls.

Promise of a better time,
I trusted to be mine.
Evaporated into mold,
To think I lost the fight.
Far better to have loved,
But not all of the time.
It's day light Dream Room,
Forget the night.
