Oh
The sound of torture
Audible through dead air
Nothing makes it past it's prime
Everything pays it's due
And we all feel the pain of fading

When all is said
And when all is done
Our lives may be left unread
The battles, we may not have won
But the scars we wear
Tell a million different stories
The hearts we tear
Are only minor casualties
