you can't make me
and you can't break me
that power is mine
and his, he who made me
you think you've defined me all along
but in this too you would be wrong
you think you made me into the person who stands before you
but you didn't
there is nothing you've done for me to undo because
you're nothing but a grain of sand on the beach of my times
a loveless lover, convicted of his crimes
so leave, but before you go
there's one thing I want you to know
