Dec 2010
I am hearing now all these delicate words so moving
Gathering in passion around my heart
Placing life inside so soothing
A song, from which
I cannot part

Is there such a thing as unthinking quiet for some
While all these words run through me
If my mind were ever silent would I become
A different shade
Peacefully

Am I not blessed to hear these words
To be brushed by delicate wings
Should I not take pride in all I have heard
Share this life
As I sing

Should I freeze my thoughts not to hear these words
Could my heart survive the hunger
Would it not be absurd
To never share
The wonder
