I pick up each foot,
and as it passes the other.
I think of my friend,
and how we have been there for eachother.
We've been side by side,
Like left and right.
Forgetting about the past,
and getting through every fight.
Through this long journey,
we've been eachother's guide.
Helping the other get through,
what we are feeling inside.
She continues to make me smile,
even when the time's not best.
She's always wiped my tears,
and knows when to let me rest.
Autumn I want you to know,
and remember for a while.
If I finish this race,
its cause u make me smile.
